Before founding Veriland Consulting, Eralp worked at Microsoft as a Solution Architect across the Dynamics and Azure platforms. That insider experience — understanding how Microsoft designs, deploys, and supports its enterprise products at scale — is what shapes how Veriland approaches every implementation.

Veriland Consulting

Eralp founded Veriland Consulting to bring enterprise-grade Microsoft technology to UK SMEs — the businesses that need it most but are typically underserved by the large system integrators. Based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, the company covers the full Dynamics 365 suite — Finance & Operations, Business Central, and Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) — along with Azure cloud architecture and AI solutions including predictive maintenance for the manufacturing sector.

Under Eralp's leadership, Veriland has built proprietary products that extend Business Central — including MaxPortal (a self-service customer and vendor portal), MaxWAM (a warehouse management and manufacturing execution system), and VeriConnect (an integration platform covering EDI and connectivity). The company holds ISO 27001:2022 certification.

Technical Leadership

Eralp remains hands-on with the technical architecture of every major project. His computer science background — a BSc from Izmir Institute of Technology (IYTE) and an MSc from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) — underpins the rigorous engineering approach that Veriland brings to every engagement. That depth is particularly evident in Veriland's IoT and predictive maintenance work, where the team designs custom sensor circuits in-house rather than relying on off-the-shelf hardware. This cross-disciplinary approach is rare in the Dynamics 365 consulting space and gives Veriland a distinctive edge in manufacturing and industrial projects.
