Foundation tier uses shared engineers. Growth and Premium tiers include named team members who learn your business. All tiers benefit from our shared knowledge model — any engineer can pick up your work if needed.

Custom reports, Power Automate flows, Power Apps, AL extensions for Business Central, plugins and workflows for D365 Sales/Service, Power BI dashboards, and integration work. Major reimplementations are scoped separately.

Yes. Change tier with one month's notice. We review capacity monthly and proactively recommend changes if your needs shift.
