Overview

MaxPortal is Veriland's ISV product for self-service portals integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations. It provides external-facing web portals that allow customers, vendors, and employees to interact with D365 data without needing a D365 licence.

Reduce admin workload: customers can view invoices, track orders, and submit queries; vendors can submit invoices, view payment status, and update details; employees can submit expenses, view payslips, and manage time-off. Fully configurable — choose which data is exposed, to whom, and with what permissions. Branded to match your organisation.

Built on modern web technologies with responsive design and secure authentication via Azure AD B2C. Eliminates the need for email-based queries, phone calls, and manual data sharing.

Integration with Dynamics 365

MaxPortal reads and writes data to D365 Business Central and F&O via standard APIs. No custom middleware required — direct, secure API integration.

  • Data access controlled by the D365 security model — portal users only see data they are entitled to
  • Supports both cloud and on-premises D365 deployments (with appropriate API gateway)
  • Changes made in the portal (e.g., vendor submits an invoice) are immediately reflected in D365

Customisation & Configuration

MaxPortal is designed to be configured, not coded. Administrators can:
