NutriVerve's rapid expansion had exposed serious operational gaps. The business was running a standalone accounting package, a third-party e-commerce platform with no ERP connection, and a warehouse managed largely through spreadsheets and manual pick lists.

Business Central was configured as NutriVerve's single source of truth for finance, purchasing, inventory, warehousing and sales. Product data — including descriptions, nutritional information, batch tracking, expiry dates and allergen flags — is managed centrally and flows outward to every channel.
Veriland deployed MaxPortal to replace NutriVerve's disconnected third-party webshop. MaxPortal is built specifically to integrate with Business Central, meaning product listings, pricing, stock availability, promotions and customer accounts are synchronised in real time. When a customer places an order on the website, it appears instantly in Business Central as a sales order — no re-keying, no delays.
Business Central's warehouse management capabilities were configured with bin locations, barcode scanning and optimised pick routes. Batch and expiry tracking ensures NutriVerve ships the oldest stock first (FEFO), critical for supplement products with shelf-life considerations.
Veriland configured a flexible pricing engine within Business Central that supports volume discounts, bundle deals, loyalty pricing and time-limited promotions. All pricing rules are defined once in Business Central and automatically reflected on the MaxPortal storefront, eliminating manual updates and ensuring consistency.
MaxPortal provides NutriVerve's customers with a self-service portal where they can view order history, track deliveries, manage subscriptions for recurring supplement orders, and access loyalty rewards — all powered by real-time data from Business Central.
