It means that when your business process changes, we update your system as part of the subscription. No separate quotes, no surprise invoices. The only exception is a major reimplementation (e.g. switching from BC to F&O), which would be scoped separately.

Yes. The Growth and Enterprise tiers include greenfield implementation. We build your system incrementally within the subscription — no separate implementation project needed.

Your data is yours. D365 runs in your Microsoft tenant. If the agreement ends, you retain full access to your data and your D365 environment. You would need to manage it yourself or appoint another partner.

Yes. We actively review your licence usage and recommend optimisations — switching to cheaper alternatives where the functionality fits, removing unused licences, and ensuring you are on the right Microsoft plan.

Yes, 12 months. After the initial term, the service continues on a rolling annual basis with 3 months' notice.
