No. Our methodology includes multiple test migrations, automated validation, balance reconciliation, and parallel running to ensure zero data loss. We do not proceed to cutover until all data is validated and signed off by your team.
Simple migrations (under 10,000 records, few entities) take 3-4 weeks. Standard migrations take 5-7 weeks. Complex migrations with large data volumes or multiple integrations take 8-12 weeks. Timelines are confirmed during the migration assessment.
No. We run a parallel period where both systems operate simultaneously. You continue using your old system until the new system is validated and you are ready to cut over. A delta migration captures any changes made during the parallel period.
Yes. The Standard pack includes the last 12 months of transaction history. The Complex pack includes full history. Historical data is useful for reporting and trend analysis but is optional — opening balances are sufficient for many businesses.
We map custom fields from your source system to appropriate fields or custom dimensions in Dynamics 365. Complex custom configurations are reviewed during the assessment and may require additional development.
